There just isn't enough space on our website to thank everyone who supports us so here are just some of the exciting events that has raised awareness and funds; well done to the Salesforceteam of cyclists who raised almost £14,000 cycling the Ride London route, to all the walkers who undertook the Surrey Three Peaks Challenge. And to all those individuals who have ran, cycled and walked. Fantastic effort to you all, very well done!!
A special thank you also to McFarlane Telfer Ltd who are supporting us with their fantastic MOTat50 campaign (http://www.motat50.org.uk), as well as climbing mountains (the Three Peaks Challenge) and riding bikes for us. And to Longacres Garden Centre in Bagshot for selecting the Prostate Project as their charity of the year last year. Their support so far has been incredible.
We are also very grateful to all the friends and families who decide to make donations to the Prostate Project in memory of a loved one. Family members ask that donations are made to the charity, rather than flowers. Bryn Riches widow, Anna, was kind enough to support us in this way, saying that she hoped our work will "save some families the terribly sad loss we have suffered" and how grateful she is for all the kindness and support friends and family have provided her.
We are delighted that the following Golf Clubs have chosen the Prostate Project as one of their charities of the year: Chobham Golf Club, Hoebridge, Tyrell Wood and Hankley Common Golf Club. Thank you. Univar continues their amazing support through their annual charity golf day - this year the day raised an incredible £34,000!
We are delighted to announce that we have been chosen as the Captain’s charity at Chobham Golf Club, Hoebridge, Tyrell Wood and Hankley Common Golf Club.
